Welcome to The Brand Hacking Project! In just 7 SHORT WEEKS, you'll have built a solid branding and marketing strategy to catapult your business revenue in 2017. Along the way, you'll gain knowledge on logo design, media strategy, and marketing channels. You'll learn how to stretch your marketing dollars and how to apply the tools to measure your success.  

Each module is designed to provide basic to intermediate knowledge of branding and marketing esssentials. We then use the knowledge you've gained to complete the weekly assignments. To bring everything together, we'll be available in the Facebook support group and on the weekly coaching calls to answer your questions and provide feedback on your assignments.

Who is this course NOT intended for?

The Brand Hacking Project is NOT intended for expert-level marketers with 3+ years experience. We also feel brand and marketing professionals with a deep understanding of market trends would not benefit from our course.


In week 1, we'll orientate you to the course, available resources and provide foundational information for brand development and marketing strategies to serve you moving forward in the future modules. 

 By the end of the week you will... 

  • Be well versed on how to use the project resources and support services 
  • Be able to contrast the history of marketing and its current state in the new millennium

In week 2, the real learning begins. The modules focus on the overarching idea of building and maintaining a brand. We'll cover goal setting to help you move your brand and marketing efforts forward. 

 By the end of the week you will... 

  • Have completed a logo brief to provide your graphic designer 
  • Have specifically defined your marketing goals

In week 3, we focus on the 5 P’s of marketing: proper preparation prevents poor performance. We’ll cover the components you need to start building your strategy and ensure a strong launch and continued success. 

By the end of the week you will... 

  • Have your top 2 customer avatars defined 
  • Have identified your media strategy 
  • Have built your top 3 social media profiles

In week 4, we focus on setting up your business to dominate on digital platforms. We’ll cover executing your marketing strategies inside real world digital channels that make sense for your business. 

By the end of the week you will... 

  • Have completed your digital presence audit 
  • Have defined your SEO strategy 
  • Have defined your content sharing strategy

In week 5, we focus on setting recurring processes on autopilot in an effort to streamline your marketing strategy, save your business money and time. We’ll break down the what and how of automating your branding and marketing efforts. 

By the end of the week you will... 

  • Have identified processes you can automate 
  • Have designed your 1st automated email campaign 
  • Have chosen your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution

In week 6, we focus on how to measure your efforts with sound analytics. We’ll cover how to tie your goals to metrics that tell a story and help you make better business decisions. 

By the end of the week you will... 

  • Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you'll use to track your marketing goals 
  • Split-test certain analytics based on your previously defined marketing strategy and who composes your target audience

In week 7, we bring everything from the previous 6 weeks together. We will focus on reviewing the key points from each module to complete your final assignment. 

By the end of the week you will... 

  • Have completed your brand style guide 
  • Have documented your marketing strategy 
  • Have created your 1st automated email campaign 
  • Have created a video presentation on your brand and marketing strategy for 2017
